During the pandemic we designed and manufactured UV-C disinfection lamps for surface and air sterilization in medical and commercial environments. We handled mechanical design, electronics integration (stable power supply, interlock protections), selection of UV-C lamps, safety considerations and prototyping. The project included developing testing procedures for disinfection efficiency and optimizing airflow for uniform exposure. We delivered full installation kits and technical manuals to customers.
