We designed a PCB assembly for a gas detection sensor with an integrated GNSS module, intended for environmental monitoring and telemetry. The solution included circuits for electrochemical/semiconductor sensors, ADCs, a microcontroller with wireless communication modules, and a GNSS receiver for geolocation and time synchronization. We completed PCB layout, EMC considerations, sensor calibration tests, and firmware integration for reporting and communications.
